Boston Olympics

    Originally, the city of Boston was in the mix for hosting the 2024 Olympics, but was recently ruled out. It was proclaimed that Boston was too small to hold the games and that not enough citizens of Boston approved of this. As awesome as it would be to hold such amazing event here in Boston, I do not think it would be a good idea for many reasons. The city would be absolutely packed on top of the daily city traffic, causing trouble for businesses and people trying to get to work. Also, Boston does not have the parking space for the average 7 million people who travel to see these games. I think many citizens of Boston did not want the games to be held here because of the lasting nightmares of the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013, and obviously the Olympics is an even bigger target for terrorists.
